Simply Me gives you a flexible space for journaling, so you can jot down your thoughts, work through your day, and look after your headspace without much effort. It’s built for busy routines, with quick 5-to-15-minute sessions where you can manage stress, practice a bit of gratitude, and track your goals—no pressure to write perfectly or follow any rules.
It fits whatever style works for you that day. There’s a customizable bullet journal format for tasks and longer-term goals, micro-prompts if you want a nudge into deeper reflection, or just blank space for unfiltered, stream-of-consciousness writing when you need to clear your head.
And it’s not just about typing—you can mix in voice-to-text notes and habit trackers too. Whether you’re doing a quick daily check-in or getting more creative with it, it’s an easy companion for figuring yourself out and taking care of your emotional well-being.

Why have you included Desiderata?
It was a personal decision of the developer “for me, I have often turned to the gentle but firm ideas expressed in Desiderata. I think the world would be a better place if we could all embody at least some of the ideas expressed there”.
